I’ve just released a major update to my free DV Lottery Eligibility Checker tool for the 2027 program!
What’s new?
- The checker now also screens for the latest 2025 U.S. travel ban restrictions.
- If you enter a country currently subject to the new full travel ban (effective June 9, 2025), you’ll get an instant notice that entry to the U.S.—including through the Diversity Visa program—is currently suspended.
- If your country is under a partial travel ban, the tool gives a clear advisory about potential visa or entry delays.

- Updated country ineligibility list for DV-2026 (auto-updates as soon as new info is out)
